Captain Lued Lincuna, director of naval public affairs office, on Monday said the Del Pilar class frigate will leave the US Coast Guard in Alameda Base, California tentatively on Nov. 1, after three months of sea trials.
Call her BRP Andres Bonifacio (FF17), she’s a frigate of the Philippine Navy (PN) and the third Gregorio del Pilar-class frigate.
“November 1 (US time) is the estimated time of departure of FF17 in the condition that weather is favorable,” Lincuna said.
