Daesh has claimed responsibility for Monday's mosque bombing which claimed the lives of at least 30 people and wounded dozens more.
The group said that the attack was carried out by a man named Hamza who detonated 16 kgs of explosives inside the mosque.
According to police officials at least 50 people were wounded.
The incident occurred shortly after 12.30pm during a Shia ceremony, known as Arbaeen, at the Baqir-ul-Olum mosque.
