Beijing (VNA) – China and Malaysia have signed 14 cooperation agreements worth 143.64 billion ringgit (34.4 billion USD), including an important defence deal.
Under the deal, Malaysia agreed to purchase four naval vessels from China. The vessels are small craft that operate close to the shore, two of which will be built in China and the others will be constructed in Malaysia, reported state media of Malaysia.
