Supt. Romeo Galgo, speaking for police in Central Mindanao, said an improvised explosive device (IED) detonates in front of a Catholic Church in Esperanza, Sultan Kudarat at around 6:40am of Sunday, Inquirer reports.
The bombing occurred in front of the main entrance of Our Lady of Hope Church in Barangay Zaliao resulted into slightly injury of two churchgoers.
“It was a cellphone detonated IED,” Galgo said.
