Brunei: Six RBAF Personnel Return Home

RIMBA, Tuesday 10 May 2010 – Six Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) personnel from the sixth group of the International Monitoring Mission (IMT) have returned safely home from a tour of duty in the Republic of Philippines in Cotabato City, Mindanao and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).

The 6th  RBAF IMT contingent arrived at Hangar B Royal Brunei Air Force (TUDB) Base in Rimba this afternoon was led by 346 Major Pg Hamdiah bin Pg Haji Hashim. Present to welcome the contingents were RBAF Commander, Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin, Deputy Permanent Secretary Ministry of Defence, Service Commanders and Commandants, Directors and senior officers of RBAF as well as families of the contingent. 

The returning contingent are 726 Captain Shahrul Amirul Iqbal bin Haji Sarbini, 691 Lt(U) Amar Rijal bin Awang Damit, 10610 WO2 Khairuddin bin Mohd Noor, 9744 SSgt Ibrahim bin Asan@Anggas and 14606 Sgt Mohd Sallehin bin Sabli.
