Well...I’ve all ways thought that Dmitry Medvedev was a better President than Putin (all his ill conceived statements/actions over the years), but this has not only confirmed that he is, it also shows that he has a conscience and a willingness to help those in need (even if it’s only NOT voting against the resolution, which Russia has done so often in the past), hopefully this will be a trend for future action, only time will tell.
