TOKYO, Sept. 15 (Xinhua) -- The Japanese government on Friday said a ballistic missile launched from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) had flown over northern Japan and fallen into the Pacific Ocean.
The government said the missile landed around 2,000 kilometers east off the cape of Erimo in Hokkaido at around 7:16 a.m. local time.
