Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, head of Hizb-e-Islami, on Friday said at an event for women, that terrorists who carried out Wednesday’s deadly attack and other attacks are agents of foreigners.
“They (attackers) are murderers and agents. They do not believe in God and have mercy on no one,” said Hekmatyar.
Hekmatyar said Wednesday’s attack is against Islamic teachings and stressed that terrorists cannot reach their goals by carrying out such attacks.
