SEOUL, May 19 (Xinhua) -- South Korea showed a positive response Friday to U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson's remarks on the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).
Tillerson said the DPRK should refrain from conducting nuclear or missile tests for a certain period of time to create the right atmosphere for talks.
The U.S. Secretary of State made the remarks in his meeting in Washington with a South Korean delegation led by a special envoy Hong Seok-hyun, according to Yonhap news agency.
