PYONGYANG, May 28 (Xinhua) -- Kim Jong Un, the top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), recently supervised the test-firing of a new type of anti-aircraft guided weapon system of the DPRK army, local official media said on Sunday.
Kim watched the test at the Academy of National Defense Science and ordered the conventional arms system's test-firing, said Korean Central News Agency, without mentioning the specific date.
He praised the system's "efficiency to detect and track targets" and "its hitting accuracy," while ordering its mass production and installation "all over the country like forests so as to completely spoil the enemy's wild dream to command the air, boasting of air supremacy and weapon almighty," according to the report.
