DAVAO CITY, Philippines – For the nth time, President Duterte said he is not threatened by reports of a destabilization plot to oust him from Malacanang.
“Don’t talk about coup ‘d etat, impeachment. Just do it,” Duterte said during the inauguration of a drug rehabilitation and treatment center in Barangay Penaplata, Island Garden City of Samal in Davao del Norte on Friday.
He said he is no stranger to threats of imprisonment, coup, impeachment and assassination amid the issue on extrajudicial killings that have been attributed to his bloody war on drugs.
Duterte said he is not afraid to die.
