Hanoi (VNA) – Negotiators of the Philippine Government and the rebel group New People’s Army (NPA) have resumes peace talks in Rome, Italy, on January 19, with Norway as the mediator.
Jesus Dureza, adviser to the Philippine President to the talks, affirmed that the Government was optimistic with “successful expectations” about the resumption of the negotiations.
