Ghazni’s provincial governor, Abdul Karim Matin, said on Sunday that Daesh militants are moving in to the northern parts of the country and using remote and insecure routes in the province to get there.
Karim said that Nawa and Gelan districts are insecure and are connected to Jaghori district which militants are using to cross through the province.
According to Ghazni local officials, Daesh militants have strongholds in Nawa district and if government does not stop their activities the militants will destabilize other parts of the province.
