VLADIVOSTOK, Russia, Dec. 6 (Xinhua) -- The joint Russian-Indian naval exercise, code-named Indra NAVY-2016, will be held on Dec. 14 to 21, said the Russian Pacific Fleet's spokesman Vladimir Matveev.
The joint exercise will consist of two phases: the Harbor Phase will be held on Dec. 14 to 18 in southeastern Indian city of Visakhapatnam and the Sea Phase will take place in the Bay of Bengal on Dec. 19 to 21, said the spokesman.
