Vo Van Tuan, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, has said he hopes the incoming Pakistani Defence Attaché to Vietnam will help boost defence cooperation between the two countries.
Receiving Saqib Qamar at the Defence Ministry’s headquarters in Hanoi on December 6, Sen. Lt. Gen. Tuan congratulated him on his appointment as Defence Attaché.
He said that potential for defence cooperation between Vietnam and Pakistan remains huge.
