JALALABAD, Afghanistan, Dec. 4 (Xinhua) -- Two militants loyal to the hardliner Islamic State (IS) group were killed as unmanned plane targeted their hideout in east Afghanistan, a local official said Sunday.
The official who declined to be named said that acting upon intelligence report, the security forces launched drone attack on Sunday morning, killing two IS fighters on the spot in Achin district of the eastern Nangarhar province with Jalalabad as its capital 120 km east of Kabul.
