Hanoi (VNA) - A Vietnamese delegation led by Defence Minister General Ngo Xuan Lich attended the ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM) Retreat in Vientiane, Laos, from November 15-17 at the invitation from the Lao Defence Ministry.
The delegation will also attend an informal meeting of ASEAN-Japan defence ministers on this occasion.
