SINGAPORE, Nov. 13 (Xinhua) -- The Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Sunday conducted "Exercise Torrent," in which public road was converted into a runway for aircraft take-off and landing.
The alternate exercise, which was last conducted in 2008 and now is in its seventh edition, aims to increase RSAF's aircraft take-off and landing capability.
