Sharbat Gula, the famous green-eyed Afghan girl that graced the cover of National Geographic in 1985, has arrived back in Afghanistan following her arrest in Pakistan last month.
Gula reportedly arrived at Torkham border crossing on Tuesday night.
Pajhwok reported that her lawyer, Mubashir, said the accused had pleaded guilty to all charges against her in the special anti-corruption and immigration court in Peshawar.
Gula was arrested by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on October 26 from her house in the Nauthia area near Peshawar for allegedly carrying a fake Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
