Coming from his two-day visit to Thailand and Malaysia, President Rodrigo Duterte defended the raiding team of Criminal Investigation and Detention Group (CIDG) that killed Albuera Mayor Rolando Espinosa.
“Let me state my case as the chief executive of the executive branch: I believe in the version of the police,” Duterte said.
Duterte challenged the Senate to file a case against the cops.
