BEIJING, Nov. 20 (Xinhua) -- China on Sunday urged Mongolia to eliminate the negative impacts of the Dalai Lama's visit and refrain from disturbing the healthy development of China-Mongolia ties.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Shuang said regardless of China's repeated dissuasions, the Mongolian side insisted inviting the Dalai Lama for visit.
China voices strong dissatisfaction and firm opposition to the Dalai Lama's visit to Mongolia, said Geng.
