A bilateral ceasefire document between the Philippine government and the National Democratic Front (NDF) rebels may be signed before December, chief negotiator Silvestre Bello on Monday said.
Bello said they are planning to come up with the final document by the end of November or first week of December. “But we are eyeing the last week of November since we need to address other concerns in the talks,” he said.
