Restituto Padilla Jr. said the soldiers are very happy with the issuance of the President Rodrigo Duterte’s third Executive Order increasing the combat duty pay and combat incentive pay of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP).
