Former President Fidel V. Ramos has defended United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon over insulting remarks made by President Rodrigo Duterte.
Ramos reminded that Ban, as foreign minister of South Korea, helped the descendants of Filipino Korean War veterans get scholarship.
