WELLINGTON, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) -- New Zealand's Defence Minister Gerry Brownlee will be giving New Zealand's perspective on security issues facing the Asia-Pacific region at a major forum in Beijing this week.
Brownlee said Monday he would be speaking at the seventh Xiangshan Forum, an annual regional security event hosted by China.
Brownlee would speak at a session focussed on cooperative responses to various security challenges Asia-Pacific nations are confronted with now and in the future.
