Just in time for the opening of the war games between US and the Philippines, President Rodrigo Duterte once again laid his latest tirades against U.S President Obama and European Union yesterday during a speech before a Jewish community in Makati.
“Instead of helping us, ang unang tumira itong [the first to hit is the] State Department. So you can go to hell. Mister Obama, you can go to hell. EU, better choose purgatory,” Duterte said.
