BANGKOK, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- At least one person was killed and 17 were wounded after a bomb hit a popular noodle stall at about 7 p.m. in southern Thailand.
The casualty is a 60-year old Thai woman, while two of the injured people suffered severe wounds, reported Thai media Khomchadluek citing police sources.
The noodle stall, which is in a local night market in downtown Pattani province, was full of customers before someone came in and dumped a paper bag, which exploded later.
