Special Representative for North Korea Policy Sung Kim will travel to Japan and the Republic of Korea (ROK) September 10-13 for meetings with senior officials in each country to discuss North Korea policy and other regional security and bilateral issues.
Ambassador Kim will be in Tokyo September 10-12 for meetings with Director General for Asian and Oceanian Affairs Kenji Kanasugi and other senior Japanese government officials.
He will then travel to Seoul September 12-13 for meetings with Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Peace and Security Affairs Kim Hong-kyun and other senior ROK government officials.
