PHNOM PENH, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- Cambodia on Monday expressed "grave concern" over the nuclear test conducted on Sept. 9 by the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and urged the DPRK to comply with United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolutions.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that the nuclear test "is clearly in violation of the relevant UNSC resolutions and could further deteriorate the already volatile situation in the Korean Peninsula."
