PHNOM PENH, Sept. 6 (Xinhua) -- A bomb exploded on a roadside in Phnom Penh, capital of Cambodia, on Tuesday night, leaving two men and a woman wounded, according to police.
The blast happened at St. 63 corner 330 in Sangkat Beong Keng Kang III of Chamkamon district at 7:40 p.m. local time.
