NEW DELHI, Aug. 4 (Xinhua) -- A trainer aircraft of Indian Air Force (IAF) Thursday crashed minutes after it took off in eastern state of West Bengal, local media reports said.
Two pilots inside the jet ejected safely.
The Hawk Advanced Jet Trainer took off from Kalaikunda air force base in West Midnapore, about 129 km west of Kolkata city, the capital of West Bengal.
