VIENTIANE, July 24 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said here on Sunday that China is willing to be the most ideal and reliable partner for cooperation with Myanmar.
When meeting with his Myanmar counterpart Aung San Suu Kyi in the Lao capital on the sidelines of an ASEAN foreign ministers' meeting, Wang said China and Myanmar have forged the "paukphaw friendship" or "brotherly friendship" in Burmese.
The two neighbors have always understood, respected and supported each other, he said.
