NEW DELHI, May 18 (Xinhua) -- India Wednesday successfully testfired its indigenously developed nuclear capable Prithvi-II missile that can carry up to 1,000 kg of warhead and hit targets 350 km away, said local media.
The Indo-Asian News Service quoted officials as saying the surface-to-surface ballistic missile was fired from launch complex-3 of the Integrated Test Range (ITR) in Chandipur off the Odisha coast in eastern India.
