KAKINADA (PTI): Two launching platform decks (LPDs) would be built at the Hindustan Shipyard even as efforts are on to bring in an additional investment of Rs 40,000 crore for the project, Indian Minister of State for Defence M M Pallam Raju has said.
"Negotiations are underway to secure additional investment of Rs 40,000 crore for two most modern LPDs," Raju told a press conference here on Sunday.
