Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Kurt Campbell will travel to Japan, the Republic of Korea, India, and Singapore April 14-19.
In Tokyo, April 15-16, Assistant Secretary Campbell will meet with senior officials to build on Foreign Minister Gemba’s recent visit to Washington.
Assistant Secretary Campbell will travel to Seoul on April 16 and meet with senior diplomatic officials to discuss a range of bilateral, regional, and global issues.
On April 18, Assistant Secretary Campbell will travel to Delhi to participate in US-India Asia Pacific consultations.
He will continue on to Singapore, arriving on April 18 to meet with senior Singaporean officials to discuss bilateral initiatives and views on recent events in the region.
Assistant Secretary Campbell returns to Washington, D.C., on April 19.
