Two Royal Australian Navy ships will visit Vietnam from October 10 – 14 to strengthen cooperation between the two navies, according to the Australian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City.
The two mine-hunters with 50 officials and sailors will meet with their Vietnamese counterparts to conduct charity work and other exchange activities, including training sessions on mine and underwater torpedo detection and destruction techniques.
