Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif arrived in Kabul on Sunday on an official trip and met with his Afghan counterpart acting minister Salahuddin Rabbani.
During his meeting Zarif raised concerns over a growing threat regarding the spread of terror activities in the region.
Speaking at a press conference on Sunday, Zarif emphasized the need for the expansion of cooperation between Kabul and Tehran in combating terrorism and in boosting trade cooperation between the two countries.
