Sri Lanka: Indonesian Naval Ship arrivers at Port of Colombo

An Indonesian Naval Ship “ KRI SULTHAN ISKANDAR MUDA – 367” arrived at the Port of Colombo on 15th September 2011 for Logistics Support, en route to join UN mission in Lebanon.

The Ship with a crew comprising of 33 officers and 67 sailors is commanded by Commander Agus Hariadi. It is 90.7 meters in length and 13.2 meters in width. This ship will remain at the Port of Colombo till 17th September 2011.

The ship was ceremonially welcomed by the Navy, in keeping with the naval traditions, and a special programme for the crew also has been organized including visits in Colombo and Kandy.
