JALALABAD, Afghanistan, June 20 (Xinhua) -- A judge was killed and three others, all civilians sustained injuries as a blast rocked an eastern Afghan city on Tuesday, according to a government official.
The blast took place in eastern Nangarhar provincial capital Jalalabad city, 120 km east of Kabul.
