BEIJING, April 21 (Xinhua) -- China's State Oceanic Administration (SOA) and the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy on Friday signed a framework agreement on cooperation between civil and military sectors in the oceanic field.
The two sides agreed to promote strategic cooperation in civil-military integrated innovation and development.
The agreement covered collaborations in strategy planning, policy making, comprehensive safeguarding and management measures, rights protection and law enforcement as well as human resources and exchanges in the maritime field.
