ISLAMABAD, Oct. 14 (Xinhua) -- Eight militants were killed during an armed operation by police anti-terrorism team in Punjab Province in east Pakistan, officials said Friday.
An armed police team launched a search operation following an intelligence tip-off in Shujaabad town in Dera Ghazi Khan district, a spokesperson of Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) of police said.
