Hanoi (VNA) – Philippine police have taken into custody a man who may be involved in September 2 night's blast that killed 14 people and injured nearly 70 others in the southern city of Davao.
Mayor of Davao city Sara Duterte told reporters that the suspect was in the night market along Roxas Avenue, and was later taken up for questioning.
However, nobody has been arrested or formally accused in connection with the terror attack.
