NEW DELHI, Sept. 5 (Xinhua) -- The Indian government Monday said that it's serious about resolving the crisis in Indian-controlled Kashmir.
More than 70 people have died and over 10,000 injured in unrest in Indian-controlled Kashmir since the killing of 22-year-old Burhan Wani, Hizbul Mujahiddin's poster body for new militancy by Indian security forces.
"The central and the state governments are working to alleviate the situation in Indian-controlled Kashmir," Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh said in Srinagar, the summer capital of Indian-controlled Kashmir.
