ISLAMABAD, Aug. 16 (Xinhua) -- Pakistan's Army Chief, General Raheel Sharif, confirmed the death sentence on Tuesday to another 11 "hardcore terrorists", who were involved in committing heinous offences related to terrorism, the military said.
The convicts were involved in the killing of intelligence and police officers in Balochistan province.
"These terrorists also include those who were involved in sectarian killings, kidnapping and slaughtering of civilians and personnel of Frontier Constabulary and killing of Major Abdid Majeed of Pakistan Army," a military statement said.
