BANGKOK, Aug. 12 (Xinhua) -- Two people were killed and many others seriously injured in separate blasts in southern Thailand, police said on Friday.
Two blasts took place separately in Hua Hin beach resort, killing one person and injuring 22 others, including foreign travelers Thursday night.
After the first explosion, the second one came about 30 minutes later and 50 meters away in Hua Hin beer bar area.
The blasts were remotely detonated by unknown bombers, police said.
