Presidential Communications Office Secretary Martin Andanar said that “everything’s still up in the air” as Peace Adviser Jesus Dureza and Finance Secretary Carlos “Sonny” Garcia Dominguez are still convincing the Chief Executive to visit other neighboring countries prior to his Laos trip.
