One serviceman died, two were injured and one is missing following an explosion on a South Korean submarine, local media reported on Tuesday, citing the nation’s Defense Ministry officials.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — According to the Yonhap news agency, the incident took place on Tuesday at the base in Jinhae, South Gyeongsang province in the southeast of the country at 8:30 a.m. local time (23:30 GMT on Monday).
