Cutter Boutwell (WHEC 719) will be transfer to the Republic of the Philippines on July 21, 2016 and will be named BRP Andres Bonifacio designated as frigate of the Philippine Navy.
Boutwell is the third and longest-serving cutter named after the former US Secretary of the Treasury, George Sewall Boutwell.
