MAIMANA, Afghanistan, July 22 (Xinhua) -- At least two people including a police constable were killed and two others injured as an explosive device planted by militants to target security personnel went off in Almar district of the northern Faryab province on Friday, a police spokesman Sayed Sarwar Hussaini said.
According to the official one police constable and a civilian lost their lives in the blast and two more civilians sustained injuries.
