QALAT, Afghanistan, July 4 (Xinhua) -- Up to two dozen Taliban militants including 11 would-be suicide bombers were killed as a suicide vest went off accidentally in the southern Zabul province with Qalat as its capital 340 km south of Kabul on Monday, deputy to provincial police chief Ghulam Jilani Farahi said.
